Terms and Conditions:
You will be notified in a confirmation email of how to add individual members (sub-members) to your organization's account. You and your sub-members are entitled to all of the benefits available to members for a twelve-month period, commencing on the date of enrollment. You will be notified beginning 30 days before your membership is set to expire with an opportunity to renew your membership for another twelve-month period. You may log in to your membership portal at any time to make any additional changes to your member profile, add/remove sub-members, update email preferences, and view transaction history. Look for details on how to log in to the membership portal and other tips for making the most of your membership in a confirmation email.
Members may request cancellation of membership at any time by emailing a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, membership dues will not be refunded. If a member cancels their Association membership or fails to pay their annual membership dues by the renewal date, they will no longer receive the benefits of dues paying members. The Association reserves the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions of the membership policy at any time, with or without notice to any Member.
